Lori Cutler Turner Executive Director
Lori Cutler Turner comes to Nashville from Birmingham, Alabama where she has served the non-profit community for 6 years. She is a graduate of the University of Montevallo, where she earned her Bachelor’s of Science degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science. She decided to pursue a career where she knew she would be making a difference in the lives of others, and where she felt the mission of the organization was complementary to her expertise.
Lori joined Sports 4 All after serving as Chair of the Board for the Spina Bifida Association of Alabama for the past six years. She has also worked with Lakeshore Foundation, Camp Smile A Mile and many other community involvement committees. Her experience spans the corporate, non-profit and private sectors with various managerial responsibilities including finance, project management and fundraising.
In her spare time you can find her coaching her son's baseball team or enjoying the outdoors either hiking or kayaking along the beautiful Tennessee Rivers.

Janey Smith
Marketing/Equipment Supervisor
Janey Smith moved to Tennessee from Birmingham, Alabama. She lived in Murfreesboro while earning her Bachelor's of Science degree in Mass Communications with with a concentration in Public Relations and a minor in Marketing from MTSU in 2005. Janey is also a graduate of the University of Montevallo, where she earned a Bachelor's degree in History in 2002. She moved to Nashville in 2007 when she joined the Neptune Enterprises staff.
Janey joined the Sports 4 All team in August of 2008, but had been a S4AF volunteer before joining the team. As a life long athlete she understood the need for ALL individuals to have access to living a healthy lifestyle, and has found a passion for supporting individuals with disabilities with that pursuit.
If Janey isn't at the S4AF offices sorting through equipment donations, you will probably find her leading a Weight Watchers meeting, hiking, SCUBA diving, snow skiing or coaching Area 29 Special Olympics.

Megan Graf
Wellness/Volunteer Coordinator
Megan Graf comes to Nashville by way of Connecticut and New Jersey. She attended Shepherd University in West Virginia where she earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology in May of 2010. Throughout her college career, she worked as a personal trainer and group fitness instructor at the campus Wellness Center and also played four years of Division II Women’s Soccer. Megan’s passion for sports, exercise and background in psychology made joining Sports 4 All’s team seem like a natural fit.
Even though she grew up in the north, the southern hospitality of Nashville is beginning to grow on her! When she’s not leading Project HEALTH classes or recruiting volunteers, you will find her coaching youth soccer, working out in the gym or watching reality TV.
